Touring AV Production Crew, Videographer and Editor

You are on the AV production crew with a camera in your hand for most of the show. On load-in and load-out you build and strike the show with the crew: truss, lighting, audio, video, staging, and cases on and off the truck. Once the show is up, you shift into video. You cover some show-day AV when the crew needs you, but your focus is videography: event recaps, social media video, reels, and behind the scenes for our brands, edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects so it posts fast.

- Must tour on event weekends through the season, typically fly out Thursday, work Thursday through Sunday, fly home Monday; some stops run on different days (required)
- A reel or portfolio of video you shot and edited yourself (required)
- Strong in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro and After Effects; Photoshop, Lightroom, and Audition are a plus
- Comfortable on camera gear: mirrorless or cinema cameras, gimbals, audio for video, and lighting for video
- You know vertical, short-form social video: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Help load in and load out the show with the AV crew, and cover partial AV on show days: cameras, the video switch, playback
- Offload, organize, and back up footage every day; work with our social media team on what to film and when it posts
- Dance convention or competition experience, motion graphics, color grading, or a drone license (Part 107) is a plus, not required
- Paid per work day, not travel days; flights covered, hotels covered (double occupancy), select meals catered on work days
- Home during the week
